Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking a Finance Systems Support Specialist to backstop finance systems, perform configurations, and manage day-to-day operations. You will work with global teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in finance systems, strong VBA/SQL, advanced Excel, and experience with ServiceNow or JIRA; this role offers hybrid work and MON-FRI schedule in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in finance systems support or similar.
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred; JIRA acceptable).
Strong knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Excel Macros.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and dashboards.
Experience with MS Visio for process mapping and documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with global teams.

Responsibilities

Provide support for finance systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Handle system enhancements, configurations, and continuous improvements.
Manage and resolve tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards.
Utilize VBA, SQL, and Excel Macros to automate processes.
Create process documentation and technical workflows using MS Visio.
Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
