The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, manage variances, and lead performance analysis across planning cycles, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize costs and grow revenue.

Formación

• Total experience 8–15 years with 8+ years in FP&A.
• Expertise in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and P&L management.
• 4+ years of team leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as finance partner to business and operations stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Analyze P&L performance and identify risks and drivers.
• Provide actionable financial insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and explain drivers.
• Support annual and long-range planning cycles.
• Drive performance management through KPIs and analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for commercial finance support.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue improvements.
• Develop scenarios and financial models for strategic analysis.
