Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to business and operations stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Analyze P&L performance and identify risks and drivers.
• Provide actionable financial insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and explain drivers.
• Support annual and long-range planning cycles.
• Drive performance management through KPIs and analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for commercial finance support.
