Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an FP&A Manager in Metro Manila to translate financial data into clear insights that support growth, disciplined operations, and long‑term planning. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to equip leadership with timely information.

You will work with operations and leadership to connect financial performance with business execution, manage multi‑entity reporting (P&L by unit/country), ensure strong internal controls, and uphold GAAP

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in finance with controllership focus.
• Experience in multi-entity environment.
• Exposure to audit and ERP-enabled finance environments.

About the role

The FP&A Manager role focuses on translating financial data into clear insights that support growth, operational discipline, and long-term planning. This position plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, ensuring that leadership has timely and reliable information to guide business decisions. The role also helps maintain strong financial discipline by ensuring that reporting is accurate, risks are identified early, and financial frameworks are consistently applied across the organization. Working closely with operations and leadership teams, the FP&A Manager helps connect financial performance with business execution and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Provide actionable insights for senior management

• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements

• Create P&L per business unit/per country and other management reports

• Ensure timely & accurate financial statements and management actuals

• Prepare and analyze Financial Reports

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• Professional finance qualification is an advantage (e.g, CPA or equivalent)

• At least 5 years progressive Finance experience, with strong controllership focus

• Experience in multi-entity environment

• Exposure to audit and ERP-enabled finance environments (Experience in NetSuite preferred)

• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Excellent attention to detail, Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

• Great communication skills and comfortable working with Leadership and Cross-functional teams
