Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions. The role involves building models, variance analysis, and presenting KPIs to senior management.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, strong Excel skills, and experience guiding cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel and engage with clients as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Business Management; CPA/CMA/MBA is a plus.
• With a minimum of 8 years of finance and accounting experience including reporting, budgeting, and simulations.
• Experience supervising or managing a team of 5–8 people is required.
• Willingness to travel and visit clients if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting process across departments and develop annual operating plans.
• Develop rolling forecasts and provide updated projections for strategic decisions.
• Build detailed financial models including variance analysis and explanations.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards for senior management.
• Provide financial insights to support capital expenditures, M&A, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to deliver data-driven financial insights.
