• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance or accounts-based role.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and reconciliation processes.
• Must have Tramada back office knowledge & experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Prior experience in the travel or service industry is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of support internally to our itravel advisor network
• Process advisor support and finance-related queries across the network
• Provide operational assistance to enhance internal systems and procedures
• Work closely with the Support and Finance leaders
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and account support as required
