Job summary

Festive Tour Inc. in Ortigas, Mandaluyong, seeks an experienced Finance Officer to support day-to-day accounting, finance, and settlement operations.

You will handle general accounting transactions, receivables, cash management, travel settlement review, and related finance tasks. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping & taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and reconcile financial transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in travel, tourism, airline, or related industry (preferred).
• Experience in Philippine tax compliance and BIR-related work (preferred).
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve work efficiency, reporting, data analysis, and documentation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash flow monitoring and fund management
• Review and audit travel settlement reports, including sales, supplier costs, commissions, and related supporting documents
• Perform bank and account reconciliations as required

• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and suppliers on finance-related matters
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned
