As the key support for both finance and operations related processes, this role requires someone with strong financial acumen and at least five years of experience in a finance, accounts, or operations-based role. You'll work closely with our network of travel advisors and senior leadership to streamline systems and payments, manage support requests, and ensure smooth business operations.
Provide a high standard of support internally to our itravel advisor network
Process advisor support and finance-related queries across the network
Provide operational assistance to enhance internal systems and procedures
Work closely with the Support and Finance leaders
Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and account support as required
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance or accounts-based role
Strong understanding of financial systems and reconciliation processes
Must have Tramada back office knowledge & experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Prior experience in the travel or service industry is highly regarded
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
