Job summary

The successful candidate will lead a team of about 18 finance professionals, manage GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations, ensure timely statements, and oversee BIR compliance and reporting. On-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed and eligible to practice in the Philippines.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience.
• At least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience in travel, tourism, airline, or hospitality advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting team of about 18 finance personnel.
• Manage end-to-end accounting: GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and reports.
• Oversee BIR compliance, tax filings and statutory reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
