Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing and approving submitted funding contracts.
• Processing and approving submitted endorsements.
• Referring submitted applications to Credit for review when required.
• Referring submitted applications to Support for additional documentation when required.
• Maintaining SLA for email response times, answering incoming calls and returning missed calls.
• Maintaining confidentiality of client details and business information.
• Promoting a positive work environment aligned with company values.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with management and team members for effective communication.
• Reporting breaches in service delivery and addressing corrective actions.
• Acting as a brand ambassador with professional image and punctuality.
