Job summary

ZigZag is looking for a Finance Operations Officer to join our team in the Philippines. The role provides administrative and operational support across collections, credit and support, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies.

You will handle funding contracts and endorsements, refer applications to Credit or Support as needed, and maintain service levels for emails and calls while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with computer systems and programs and able to learn business systems quickly.
• Well-developed oral and written communication, with ability to negotiate and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Processing and approving submitted funding contracts.
• Processing and approving submitted endorsements.
• Referring submitted applications to Credit for review when required.
• Referring submitted applications to Support for additional documentation when required.
• Maintaining The Company’s SLA for all email response times, answering incoming calls and returning missed calls.
• Maintain a high degree of ethics and confidentiality of client details and business information.
• Promote and lead by example to achieve a supportive work environment aligned with company values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with management, team members and other stakeholders to conduct the role successfully.
• Report in a timely manner and address breaches in service delivery; implement corrective action.
• Act as a brand ambassador with professional image, communication, and punctuality.
