Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital marketing analytics.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and automated workflows.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and prepare performance reports.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.
• Preferred: 10+ years of combined experience in marketing or related functions.
• Preferred: Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or Zoho Marketing Automation.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, technical SEO, and schema markup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize automated marketing workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and customer engagement processes.
• Manage CRM activities, including lead tracking, database organization, segmentation, and lead assignment.
• Monitor and improve digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media channels.
• Configure and maintain marketing platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and other automation tools.
• Track campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation results.
• Prepare marketing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Coordinate integrations between CRM systems, email marketing platforms, websites, and analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, lead quality, and overall campaign performance.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing to support marketing priorities and business objectives.
