Job summary

ZigZag is seeking a Finance Operations Officer to provide administrative and operational support across collections, credit, and support, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth workflows in the financial services sector.

You will process funding contracts, endorsements, and referrals to Credit or Support as needed, while upholding service levels and confidentiality. A proactive, ethical, and collaborative mindset is essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in business, finance, administration or related field is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in financial services including risk management, lending, credit assessment, financial analysis or reporting is beneficial.
• Understanding of premium funding models, loan structuring and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve submitted funding contracts and endorsements.
• Refer applications to Credit for review or Support for documentation when required.
• Maintain SLA for email response times and manage phone communications.
• Protect confidentiality of client details and company information.
• Foster a respectful, ethical, and collaborative work environment in line with company values.
• Communicate effectively with management, teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
