Zimmo Outsource Solutions, a partner of Fortify Digital, seeks a Finance & Admin Officer to oversee day-to-day financial operations, including billing, collections, payments, payroll, and financial reporting. Candidate should have 2–4 years in finance and be proficient with spreadsheets.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements, with responsibilities spanning cash flow monitoring, supplier payments, and monthly forecasts.

Qualificações

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related course.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or administrative finance.
• Experience in billing, collections, accounts payable and payroll is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organized and comfortable working with numbers and financial documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare client billings and invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable and actively follow up collections
• Maintain collection and aging reports
• Monitor company cash flow, bank balances and upcoming obligations
• Prepare regular cash flow and financial updates
• Process and monitor supplier payments and employee reimbursements
• Prepare payroll based on approved employee and attendance information
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents
• Coordinate requirements for bookkeeping, reconciliation, tax and statutory compliance
• Monitor financial and statutory deadlines and escape potential delays or issues
• Assist in monthly forecasts, budgets and revenue/expense monitoring
• Prepare management reports covering revenue, collections, receivables, expenses and cash position
• Support other finance and administrative requirements as needed
