Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 3–5 years in finance operations, financial reporting, or accounting; audit firm experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Excel; cash management experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations, ensuring accurate collections, disbursements, and day-to-day financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and financial data integrity with proper records and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and key financial metrics for planning and decision-making.
• Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance while coordinating with external teams.
• Lead and develop the finance team, manage costs, and collaborate across functions to improve performance.
