Job summary

HRTx Inc, a consulting firm in Quezon City, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions. You will record, verify, and post customer payments, maintain general ledger, and support treasury activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience, a degree in Accountancy or related field, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, BA, or related field.
• 2–3 years accounting experience; GL maintenance, accounts processing, bank reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; high accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; real estate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and post customer payments and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accounting records by preparing journal entries, processing receipts and disbursements, and ensuring data integrity within the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, schedules, and account summaries to support management review and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide documentation and support for internal and external audit requirements.
