Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial operations in a fast-paced growth environment in BGC, Taguig. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial control, cash flow management, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a senior finance role, a strong track record in high-volume transactions, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Finance Controller or senior finance role.
• Strong background in cash flow management and high-volume vendor transactions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• High level of analytical capability and financial reporting expertise.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial control operations
• Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability
• Oversee vendor payment cycles and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
• Implement and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
