Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for real estate projects in Makati City, Philippines. On-site, Monday to Friday, you will oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management while mentoring the accounting team.

You will ensure adherence to local standards (PFRS/PERS) and coordinate with external auditors and regulators. A CPA and 5+ years of relevant leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close for real estate entities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with PFRS/PERS.
• Ensure tax compliance with BIR and local taxes; coordinate with auditors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management; supervise team.
