Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in QC West Avenue (Onsite) to lead daily finance operations and ensure data integrity across reporting systems. You will collaborate with executive leadership and advisory teams while guiding a small finance team.

Ideal candidates possess 3–5 years in finance operations, a CPA would be advantageous, and experience in real estate or property development is a plus. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA license is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, or accounting; audit background preferred.
• Experience in real estate or property development is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheet management, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to lead a small team and implement internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance Operations: Ensure precision of collections and disbursements with accounts management and treasury teams.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor inflows/outflows, track treasury positions, flag variances, manage cash system.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate data entry across reporting systems with source-data teams.
• Financial Consolidation: Compile internal dashboards/reports on collections, disbursements, and project expenditures.
• Strategic Planning Support: Assist management with financial runs using approved templates.
• Policy Enforcement & Controls: Implement and improve internal control and accounting policies.
• Cross-Functional & External Collaboration: Coordinate with external CFO advisory team and QS team for cost control initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Direct and develop two Finance Specialists, with potential promotion to Finance Manager.
