Job summary

HRTX is seeking a seasoned Finance Operations professional in Quezon City to lead day-to-day financial activities, manage cash flow, and drive accurate reporting and internal controls. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and team leadership within a Real Estate-focused finance function.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy or Finance (CPA a plus) with 3–5 years in finance operations or accounting, and strong ERP/MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, or accounting; audit firm experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and finance processes.
• Proficient in ERP or accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools; experience with cash management systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and team leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations, ensuring accurate collections, disbursements, and day-to-day financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and financial data integrity while maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, financial dashboards, and key financial metrics to support business planning and decision-making.
• Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance processes while coordinating with external finance and advisory teams.
• Lead and develop the finance team, oversee cost management initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
