Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to join our finance team in a hands-on role supporting day-to-day financial administration.

You will manage AP, process invoices in Xero, reconcile statements, prepare BAS information, and assist with payroll data. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP experience, is detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounts administration.
• Confident with using Xero software.
• Experience with BAS preparation and monthly BAS processes.
• Payroll data collating for processing.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Capable of managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Reliable and hands-on in a practical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Managing day-to-day accounts payable and ensuring invoices are processed and paid.
• Processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero.
• Preparing information and assisting with monthly BAS requirements.
• Supporting the collation of payroll data for processing.
• Bank and account reconciliations.
• Assisting with general accounts and financial administration as required.
• Maintaining organized records and meeting deadlines.
• Working closely with management and other areas of the business.
