Azeus Convene in Pasig, Philippines seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the Accounts Payable section and support end-to-end bookkeeping in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves preparing financial statements, handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and assisting audits while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Proficiency in Excel and Xero is preferred. On-site work setup with background check and NBI clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–5 years of experience in General Accounting.
• Experience in end-to-end bookkeeping and year-end closing.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Fluent in English.
• On-site work setup; background check and NBI clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Accounts Payable and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Assist in managing all accounting transactions and prepare complete accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and produce timely reports.
• Prepare and publish financial statements per schedule.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Process bank payments promptly and comply with policies.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Generate reports on liquidity and financial health.
• Process PO submissions and approvals via ApprovalMax.
• Review staff reimbursements through ApprovalMax.
• Ensure data confidentiality and backups.
