FullSuite, based in Oriental Mindoro, is seeking a Finance Operations Associate Manager to lead our local accounting and tax functions in a full-time, office-based role.

You will oversee day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage Philippine tax compliance while guiding a small local team toward strict regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or auditing with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Philippine taxation, BIR reporting, and corporate tax compliance.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end tax compliance including income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes with BIR and LGUs.
• Advise leadership on tax planning, compliance risks, and process improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors, BIR reviews, and tax assessments.
• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Supervise and mentor local accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and professional growth.
• Enhance internal controls and drive process improvements to mitigate financial exposure.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly analytical and driven Finance Operations Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations right here in Oriental Mindoro. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day accounting functions and drive accurate financial reporting, while acting as our primary authority on local and national tax compliance. What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Tax Compliance: Spearhead the accurate computation, preparation, and timely filing of all required national and local tax returns (e.g., Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes) with the BIR and relevant Local Government Units (LGUs).
• Tax Strategy and Risk Management: Monitor updates in Philippine tax laws and regulations, proactively advising leadership on tax planning, compliance risks, and process improvements.
• Audit and Regulatory Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, BIR reviews, and tax assessments, ensuring all financial documents and schedules are audit-ready.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to drive informed business decisions.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor our local accounting staff, guiding them in daily tasks and strict compliance standards.
• Culture Building: Foster a team environment built on accuracy, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Internal Controls: Enhance internal control frameworks and drive process improvement to proactively mitigate financial and compliance exposure.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Tax Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on experience navigating Philippine taxation, BIR reporting requirements, and corporate tax compliance.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Integrity: A proven track record of handling highly confidential financial data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Bonus: A CPA License is a strong advantage, though not strictly required.
