Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• At least 5 years in a managerial finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficient in financial systems and office tools (Excel, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• CPA is an advantage.
• Experience in a dynamic or startup environment.
