Ivoclar is seeking a Finance Supervisor – Accounting & Tax Compliance to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance. You will ensure accuracy of records and timely filings, strengthen internal controls, and support senior management with reliable financial analysis.

The role requires a BS Accountancy, a CPA, and at least 5 years in a supervisory finance capacity with IFRS knowledge and PEZA regulatory experience.

Qualifications

• CPA with BS Accountancy and ≥5 years in accounting/finance in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations for PEZA companies.
• Solid IFRS knowledge and application.
• Experience coordinating BIR, PEZA, SEC audits and internal/external audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis mindset.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and submits financial reports accurately on time per corporate requirements.
• Monitors cash flow to ensure funds for operations and payables.
• Reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Supports budget planning/forecasting including cash flow projections.
• Oversees month-end closing and SAP FI processing timelines.
• Ensures regulatory reporting compliance and timely government submissions.
• Leads external audits and prepares IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Supports internal controls and process improvements.
• Coordinates and supports BIR audits and required documents.

We are looking for a skilled Finance Supervisor – Accounting & Tax Compliance who will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance activities to ensure accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective financial management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial records, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, strengthening internal controls, and supporting sound business decisions through reliable financial analysis and reporting.

Your role

• Prepares and submits financial reports accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with corporate reporting requirements.
• Monitors and manages cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs and payables.
• Reviews financial transactions and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Supports budget planning and forecasting, including cash flow projections and administrative expenses.
• Oversees month-end closing activities and ensures timely and accurate processing of SAP FI transactions.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and timely submission to government agencies.
• Leads external audits and prepares financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Supports internal audits by evaluating internal controls and implementing process improvements.
• Coordinates and supports BIR audits, ensuring timely preparation and submission of required documents.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including ISO and MDSAP requirements.

Your profile

• BS Accountancy Graduate, CPA.
• With at least 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance in a supervisory capacity.
• Solid knowledge Philippine Tax regulation for PEZA company.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS
• Experience in handling or coordinating BIR, PEZA, SEC, internal and external audit is highly preferred
• Analytical and possess Advance Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and provide sound recommendations to management.
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
