Qualifications

• Proven experience in Australian Asset Finance and Personal Loan processing
• Hands-on experience managing applications end-to-end
• Experience working with Australian lenders, including Pepper, Liberty, MoneyMe, Azora, major Australian banks

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications from submission through to settlement
• Collect and organize required supporting documents
• Verify applicant income, liabilities, and supporting financial information
• Liaise directly with lenders, brokers, and clients throughout the application process
• Manage client communication and provide timely updates
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and ensure applications progress efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with lenders and stakeholders to ensure smooth settlement processes
• Ensure compliance with lending requirements and documentation standards
• Provide administrative support related to loan processing activities
• Handle multiple loan applications while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain professionalism and presentable appearance in all client and stakeholder interactions
