MicroSourcing is hiring a Finance Operations Analyst in Parañaque City, Philippines. The role focuses on gathering and validating data from multiple systems, producing daily to monthly reports, and providing insights to support operational and financial decisions.

On-site work with shifting schedules is required. The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting/Statistics background, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and advanced Excel skills, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or any business-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data reporting, finance operations, or analytics role.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with onshore teams.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate operational and financial data from multiple systems (billing, AR, operations).
• Perform data validation to ensure completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports to monitor trends.
• Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Liaise with onshore teams to align on reporting requirements and maintain templates.
