The position emphasizes cost management across key functions, handling budgeting and forecasting, with ad-hoc financial requests and strong Excel/SAP proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field is required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills are required; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly expense forecasts and financial reporting packages.
• Provide budget and expense reporting, analytics, and variance explanations to functional leaders.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and special projects.
• Analyze large datasets and translate them into meaningful financial insights.
• Conduct variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and financial modeling.
• Support investment analysis, business cases, and ad-hoc financial requests.
• Partner with functional budget owners on monthly expense forecasts, quarterly CAPEX forecasts and KPI development.
• Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for assigned functional groups.
