MicroSourcing is hiring a Finance Operations Analyst in Parañaque City, Philippines. The role focuses on gathering and validating data from multiple systems, producing daily to monthly reports, and providing insights to support operational and financial decisions.

On-site work with shifting schedules is required. The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting/Statistics background, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and advanced Excel skills, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate operational and financial data from multiple systems (billing, AR, operations).
• Perform data validation to ensure completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports to monitor trends.
• Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Liaise with onshore teams to align on reporting requirements and maintain templates.

Your Role

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will:

• Gather and consolidate operational and financial data from multiple systems, including billing, AR, and operations platforms.
• Perform strict data validation checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports to monitor trends and variances.
• Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support operational and financial decision-making.
• Liaise closely with onshore teams to align on reporting requirements, manage SLAs, and maintain updated documentation and templates.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or any business-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data reporting, finance operations, or analytics role.
• Advanced Excel skills (proficient with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with onshore teams.
• High attention to detail paired with a strong analytical mindset to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior exposure to AR, billing, or operational reporting workflows.
• Experience in process improvement, specifically in optimizing reporting templates and trackers for efficiency.
• Familiarity with audit and reconciliation processes to support compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc data requests and quick-turnaround analysis under tight timelines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to independently identify and resolve data discrepancies.
