Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila (Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City) is seeking a Financial Analyst for onsite day shift. You will build and maintain financial models to support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and strategic business cases.

We’re looking for 2–5+ years in financial analysis, a Finance/Economics degree, advanced Excel (pivot, lookups, modeling), and the ability to explain KPI trends to non-finance stakeholders. Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex lookups, and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and core accounting principles.
Proven ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex financial models to support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and strategic business cases.
Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and prior periods, providing clear commentary on variance drivers.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate management dashboards to highlight revenue, cost, and margin trends.
Collaborate with department heads as a business partner to explain cost drivers and support operational investment decisions.
Assist in month-end closing activities by ensuring the integrity of financial data and improving reporting workflows.
