Job summary

Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corporation in Manila seeks a Finance Manager (Record-to-Report) to lead end-to-end financial reporting, GL management, and period-end closing. You will ensure timely financial statements, oversee accruals, and drive process improvements in R2R with a collaborative finance team.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, has strong IFRS/Philippine FR standards knowledge, and excels in ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. CPA required.
• Experience in corporate finance, audit, or shared services; shipping/logistics is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards or IFRS and regulatory compliance.
• Strong record-to-report skills and month-/year-end closing expertise.
• Proficient in ERP/financial systems and advanced MS Excel; process automation is a plus.
• Experience leading a finance team with coaching and performance monitoring.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Manages period-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Monitors accruals and provisions and ensures compliance with standards.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and supports audits.
• Supervises the finance team and drives improvements in R2R processes.
