Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior R2R Manager to lead and develop an end-to-end Record-to-Report team within a global FMCG shared services environment. The role is based in Meycauayan, Bulacan, offering a hybrid setup with two onsite days per week.

You will oversee GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Close, and Reporting, driving automation and continuous improvement while partnering with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in R2R, GL, and financial reporting.
• Proven people management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in shared services/GBS or multinational environment.
• Auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for end-to-end Record-to-Report operations.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with finance leaders, auditors, and key stakeholders across global markets.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Support governance, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• CPA qualification is a plus.
• MBA or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience across Record-to-Report, General Ledger, and financial reporting functions.
• Proven people management experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience within a shared services, GBS, or multinational environment.
• Prior external or internal audit experience is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
