Job summary

Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. is seeking a Records to Report (R2R) leader based in Manila to drive the full R2R cycle, ensure accurate close, and coordinate with business units.

You will oversee journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany activities, while strengthening internal controls and preparing statutory reports. CPA and 8+ years in accounting are required, with 3–4 years in leadership, and hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sertica, or Qlik is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years accounting experience.
• 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with NetSuite, Sertica, or Qlik is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full R2R cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial close.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Review journal entries in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, resolving variances.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits.
• Drive efficiency and standardization across the R2R process.
