Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and CPA licensed in the Philippines.
MBA or advanced finance degree preferred.
Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for all KFPH entities, ensuring timely reporting.
Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements per PFRS/IFRS.
Oversee tax and regulatory compliance, audits, and statutory filings.
Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements across finance functions.
Partner with country head and regional stakeholders on strategic decisions.
