Job summary

The Lennor Group in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to help the business understand financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to manage budgets and analyze results.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years FP&A experience in manufacturing, strong Excel, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. This onsite role is based in Laguna/Cavite and offers a day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, semiconductor/electronics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the company’s annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain variances vs. budget and forecast.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and models for management insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement to assess financial impact.
• Evaluate investments and capital expenditures for expected financial returns.

About The Role

The Senior Finance Analyst helps the company understand how the business is performing financially and where it can improve. The role works closely with the Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other teams to manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial results, and support better business decisions. This role will look at financial data, identify areas where the company is spending too much or not performing as expected, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Help prepare the company’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain significant differences between actual results, budget, forecasts, and previous periods.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting expenses.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, dashboards, and financial models to help management understand business performance.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to assess the financial impact of business activities and initiatives.
• Evaluate proposed investments, equipment purchases, automation projects, and other capital expenditures by assessing their financial benefits and potential returns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly in semiconductor, electronics, or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
