Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to direct all financial and accounting functions for the mall arcade. You will lead FP&A, revenue systems, and tax compliance while ensuring financial integrity and strategic reporting to leadership.

You will oversee card-system revenue, lease payments, and CAM charges, plus supervise accounts payable, payroll, and audits. Candidates should have a CPA or MBA with multi-unit retail or gaming experience.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.

About the Role

The Finance Manager directs all financial, accounting, auditing, and cash management functions for the mall arcade. This leadership role ensures full financial integrity, manages arcade game card credit liabilities, oversees mall revenue-share calculations, and delivers strategic financial reporting to upper executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual operational budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, cash flow modeling, and profitability analysis per game zone and attraction category.
• Revenue & Card System Accounting: Reconcile daily game card reload transactions, game system revenue databases, cash collections, credit card processing, and unearned/deferred card revenue liabilities.
• Mall Lease & Vendor Financial Management: Calculate and verify variable lease payments, percentage rent, common area maintenance (CAM) charges, and percentage-based mall revenue-share agreements.
• Cost Control & Audit Compliance: Supervise accounts payable, payroll, inventory unit costs for redemption prizes, internal cash audit controls, and external financial audits.
• Taxation & Statutory Reporting: Ensure strict compliance with local sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), municipal permits, and corporate financial reporting regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA credential strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience, ideally within multi-unit retail, shopping malls, hospitality, or commercial gaming operations.
• Technical Skills: Advanced command of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks), complex MS Excel financial modeling, and specialized arcade management software (e.g., Embed, Intercard).
• Competencies: Expert knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards, strong internal audit capability, deep cost accounting expertise, and strategic business acumen.
