Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to direct all financial and accounting functions for the mall arcade. You will lead FP&A, revenue systems, and tax compliance while ensuring financial integrity and strategic reporting to leadership.

You will oversee card-system revenue, lease payments, and CAM charges, plus supervise accounts payable, payroll, and audits. Candidates should have a CPA or MBA with multi-unit retail or gaming experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Advanced GAAP/IFRS knowledge and internal audit experience required.
• Proficient in ERP/finance software and Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, quarterly re-forecasts, and cash flow modeling.
• Reconcile game card revenue, payments, and deferred liabilities.
• Manage lease, CAM, and revenue-sharing calculations for mall operations.
• Oversee A/P, payroll, inventory costs, and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with local taxes and statutory reporting.
