Smartsourcing was created to change lives. We’re hiring a full-time, onsite Finance Manager to own month-end close, lead a small finance team, and serve as the link between Australia-based leadership and the day-to-day finance operation being built in-house.

You’ll oversee AR/AP/Payroll & Compliance, run lender reporting, review reconciliations, and drive automation through ERP/Xero. 5+ years in finance with month-end close experience and 2+ years of people leadership are preferred; CPA or

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance with month-end close and management reporting.
• 2+ years managing or supervising a team is a strong advantage.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process and prepare reconciliations.
• Prepare lender reports and monthly leadership reporting.
• Oversee AR, AP/Fleet, and Payroll & Compliance team members; drive process improvements and automation.
