Job summary

On Country Management Services is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to lead end-to-end accounts management, supervise finance staff and ensure timely reporting. The role emphasizes Xero-based processes, payroll coordination, reconciliations and internal controls across client entities.

The candidate will develop finance plans and dashboards using Asana and Power BI, while maintaining audit-ready records and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting or a closely related field.
• CPA qualification or progress toward a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end accounts management for assigned entities using Xero cloud accounting software.
• Coordinate, process and review payroll, AR, AP, GL and other financial transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review bank, balance sheet, payroll, supplier, customer and intercompany reconciliations.
