Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Accounting & Admin Manager to oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate month-end closings, reporting, compliance, and cost control. The role also supports administrative efficiency, audits, inventory activities, and ERP initiatives while providing financial insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, preferably in roles such as Accountant, Supervisor, Controller, or Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and reporting.
• Experience with month-end closing, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP platforms and multi-company reporting is a plus.
• Proficient MS Excel and strong analytical skills; able to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
• Manage monthly financial closing, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Review expenses for cost control opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and review financial reports for management; ensure compliance with standards and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audits and regulatory submissions (PEZA, BIR, DOLE as applicable).
• Support ERP-related initiatives and continuous process improvements.
