The role collaborates with project teams, banks, auditors, and external partners to provide financial insights and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, and 5+ years of experience in finance management within construction or renewable energy

Qualifications

• CPA – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience as Finance Manager
• Construction accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing, cash flow, tax compliance, and BIR filings
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, etc.) and Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting operations and reporting
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project costs
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and tax compliance
• Monitor project profitability and progress billing
• Ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance
