Job summary

The Finance Manager at HRTx Inc will oversee all financial management functions within the organization, delivering accurate financial insights and robust controls to support strategic decisions. The role demands a hands-on leader capable of guiding the finance team and collaborating with senior management to drive performance.

Based in Canlubang, Laguna, the position is onsite with a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred; open to non-CPAs with strong relevant experience.
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing industry experience (FMCG or pharma) desirable.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and financial planning.
• Ability to present financial insights to senior management.

Role Overview

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Must have strong backgroundwithin themanufacturing environment, preferably FMCG, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• With hands-on experience and in-depth background in overallfinance management, including: Financial reporting and management accounting, Costing and budgeting, Financial planning and analysis, as well asFinancial controls andinvestments.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior management and provide financial insights to support business decisions, including managing financial reporting and presentations.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound business acumen and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on increased responsibilities.
• Preferably with training or prior experience in an audit firm.
