Job summary

Ecostruktura in Silang, Cavite, seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, deliver robust reporting, and drive budgeting and forecasting processes.

The role oversees month-end close, cash flow management, project costing, audits, and internal controls, while partnering with management on performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and project costing.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities; good communication and stakeholder management.
