• Financial Management and Planning
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management for strategic planning.
• Accounting Operations
  • Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
• Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and documents.
  • File tax returns and other government-mandated reports (e.g., BIR, SSS, PHIC, PAG-IBIG).

Qualifications
