Global Executive Solutions Group in Cainta Rizal is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting operations, oversee budgets and cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with project teams, banks, auditors, and external partners to provide financial insights and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, and 5+ years of experience in finance management within construction or renewable energy

Qualifications

• CPA – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience as Finance Manager
• Construction accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing, cash flow, tax compliance, and BIR filings
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, etc.) and Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting operations and reporting
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project costs
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and tax compliance
• Monitor project profitability and progress billing
• Ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance
• Provide financial insights to management
• Coordinate with project teams, banks, auditors, and external partners
