The role emphasizes managing daily operations, driving process improvements, and delivering KPI/KRI dashboards while partnering with HR, IT, and Finance. Strong Power BI and Excel expertise, plus 8+ years of relevant experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related courses.
• MBA or CPA designation (not required but an advantage).
• Minimum 8+ years of accounting or finance-related experience, including at least 4 years in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel formulas and pivot tables)
• Strong project management skills, including accounting system implementation to support transformation initiatives

Responsabilités

• Manage the FSSC teams’ day-to-day operations (expense reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis).
• Allocate and delegate tasks to team leaders and monitor progress for regular business reviews.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and client centricity.
• Provide training on relevant accounting and regulatory policies.
• Oversee short-term projects and process streamlining initiatives.
• Lead risk management and escalation of critical issues.
• Support ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes of production problems.
• Communicate production updates and challenges to management and business units.
• Close audit points timely and ensure KPI and KRI reporting.
