Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the GWAM & GA Finance – FP&A Asia team in Manila. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and regional analysis across Asia markets and channels.

You will consolidate information, prepare management decks, and work with country and global stakeholders to explain drivers, improve processes, and enable data-driven decisions. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• At least 3 years of finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build dashboards and presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting, forecast, and planning inputs for assigned Asia markets and channels.
• Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial information for regional reporting.
• Deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations including management decks and expense reporting.
• Analyze performance against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual planning with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Maintain templates, reconcile data, and collaborate with country teams and global partners.
