Manulife John Hancock invites applications for a Finance Manager within the FSSC Reporting North America team. The role leads the FSSC teams to ensure expense data integrity through timely service delivery.

Reporting to the Sr Manager, the position focuses on operational support, leadership of accounting processes, risk management, and delivering KPI dashboards while coordinating with cross-functional partners across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related fields.
• MBA or CPA designation is an advantage.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance, with 4+ years in analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
• Strong project management skills including system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSSC teams in expense reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis.
• Allocate tasks to team leaders and monitor progress for reviews.
• Deliver excellent customer service with client centricity.
• Provide training on policies or regulatory changes.
• Oversee short-term projects, transformations, and automation initiatives.
• Lead issue resolution and risk mitigation in operations.
• Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes and solutions.
• Deliver KPI and KRI reports and dashboards to MBPS management.
