Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Philippines finance function and support the growth of local operations.

You will report to the Contract & Operations Manager and Regional Finance Director, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and compliance. Based in Pasay with a hybrid work arrangement, you will manage cash flow, working capital, AP and AR, and strengthen controls while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain and HR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Controlling.
• Several years in a finance management role with experience leading a complete finance function.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel; International/MNC experience preferred.
• Aviation, engineering, industrial or technical services experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• CPA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines finance function and local finance team
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Oversee accounting, tax, statutory compliance and audits
• Manage cash flow, working capital, AP and AR
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes

• Coach and develop the local finance team
