Job summary

Jacobs Projects (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A activities, drive financial performance, and champion digital finance innovations. The role partners with senior operations leaders to influence decision-making and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance within engineering/consulting contexts, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a proven ability to deliver forecasting and budgeting with strategic insight.

Qualifications

15+ years of finance experience or equivalent qualification.
Strong exposure to revenue and cost management.
Strategic thinker with advanced data analytics and problem solving.
Proficient in Excel; VBA, Power Query and Power BI are strong assets.
Experience in Engineering/Consulting/IT environments is a plus.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver timely financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts for stakeholders and operations partners.
Own revenue recognition, cost accruals and P&L accuracy for each business unit.
Lead quarterly forecasts and annual budget development; drive performance improvements.
Partner with Senior Leaders to provide insights, trends, and KPI-based recommendations.
Ensure projects align with governance, SOX, and IFRS requirements.
