Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience in consumer finance or fintech lending.
• At least 3 years of experience managing financial operations in Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, SEC requirements, and financial reporting.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and compliance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, general accounting, and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, BIR, SEC, and applicable accounting standards.
• Manage tax filings, cash flow, budgets, and internal financial controls.
• Evaluate financial and tax implications of new lending products.
• Build relationships with local banks and financial institutions.
• Improve accounting processes and manage financial risks.
